Delivery and Returns

Delivery

•         All orders are sent by tracked courier so you can follow your order every step of the way

•         Orders under £35.00: £5.99 delivery to England, Wales and mainland Scotland

•         Orders over £35.00: FREE delivery to England, Wales and mainland Scotland

•         Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man: £14.00 surcharge

•         We do not currently offer international shipping

 

Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery once your order has been accepted. This includes up to 48 hours for our warehouse to process and dispatch your items. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.

We work hard to provide a fast and reliable service, but occasionally factors outside our control can cause delays. In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within this time, please get in touch through the Contact Us box at eulahskin.com and our customer service team will be happy to help.

Changes and cancellations

Because we process and dispatch orders quickly, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Returns

This policy applies to purchases made online at eulahskin.com.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on toiletries and gift sets. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances.

For all other products, if you are unhappy with your order you can return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided you follow the guidelines below (subject to our terms and conditions). We are unable to offer online exchanges, so if you would like a different item please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Unless the item is faulty, the cost of returning it is your responsibility and we are unable to refund the original delivery charge.

Items must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging with all labels attached. Please pack your return carefully to avoid any delay in processing your refund.

How to return an item

•         Order number

•         Name and address

•         Reason for your return

 

Our customer service team aims to respond within 2-3 working days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please follow the steps above and attach a photograph clearly showing the issue. Once we have received this, we will send you a freepost returns label.

 

EULAH reserves the right to change these conditions without notice. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
